Warranty only covers hardware failure and it is void if goods are subject to misuse or improper handling. All goods without exception returned must be complete with all disks, manuals cables etc. and in the same condition as when purchased, any physical damage however caused will void any waranty. Returns will not be completed if the company security label is removed or tampered with. Refunds are subject to a strictly 20% (Minimum of £15) restocking fee provided goods are returned within 7 days from date of purchase. Please check the compatability of the product(s) you are purchasing, as mistakes cannot be rectified later. Any faulty items must be tested by ourselves before further action can be taken. Independent testin is not adaquate. All goods returned will be tested only for the fault reported by the customer, a labour charged will be levied if goods returned are found to be working. No responsibility is accepted by TLM Computers LTD for loss or damage to goods in transport. |
